“I found the staff very friendly and the room had every thing I would expect from a good hotel room. The breakfast was good and there food was very well cooked. The only niggle is trying to get to the main street.”

“I asked for early check in but didn’t hear back from anyone, so I arrived at 3pm to find early check in had been added without telling me, so I was almost charged for it. Thankfully the person who helped me check in removed it for me. The room was pretty good but the shower head fell off the hose and absolutely drenched me and the whole shower area”

Non mi è piaciuto che i divani e i tavoli della colazione e del bar - ristorante siano nella zona della hall e ci sia interferenza tra le due attività L'hotel non ha convenzioni per il parcheggio auto, anche se ci sono due aree di parcheggio molto vicine, una delel quali da loro consigliata”

“L’hotel è accanto all’autostrada, posizione pertanto comoda anche per decisioni last minute, quando non si vuole più fare strada. Ampio parcheggio. Camera sufficientemente grande. Materassi comodi, ma cambierei i cuscini troppo molli. In bagno ottimi i prodotti per l’igiene, la porta di accesso è scorrevole e libera uno spazio per riporre i vestiti. “Soggiorno piacevole. Non c è parcheggio. Tariffe alte rispetto alla tipologia di camera ma allineate con gli hotel della stessa categoria in centro a Bath. Colazione buona e varia ma la sala è grande e molto rumorosa e caotica.”

“Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival”
