“The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the Seaview from bedrooms was nice. My suite had two showers, one of them had a missing glass door which made it useless. when i told them about it, they just took pictures of it but they didn't fix it. Room service is not great, sometimes they will do what you ask in minutes and sometimes hours even for if it's just a bottle of water. Breakfast bar was so bad and poorly serviced.”

“I recently booked a night at the Saifi Suite as I needed it for an overnight transit flight. When we arrive at the hotel, they don’t even let us in the lobby because we have our two small dogs with us. They don’t have the courtesy to help find another establishment but keep us outside in the cold while we find another nearby hotel. Stanze piccoline (avevamo una Premium Sea View, non una standard...): neanche lontanamente i 35mq indicati nel sito dell'hotel.
