“It is an older motel bit it was very clean and tidy. We were travelling and just needed somewhere to rest. It was on the hyway and easy to find. Road noise was not a problem. Lovely garden area out the back door. For the price it was great and served our needs.”

“Very convenient place to stay the night if you are just moving through town on business. It was raining and it was easy to stay dry walking from my room to the onsite restaurant. Room was clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. Although I did order the crispy skin salmon dish and there was nothing crispy about it. ”

“2bedroom family unit was excellent for my sister, grandchild and I. Modern, clean, and staff incredible. Just need to do up the main pub area though.. which I believe is about to be renovated.”

“Classic 1960's motel with views! An original gem, very well kept. I hope they never change it. It's a North Queensland icon. It's out of town but very handy if you're staying enroute to somewhere else.”
