“Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1.”

“This is really an old summer camp. No frills. Not clean. Sticky and slimy surfaces, refrigerator was not clean and had food in it, the kitchen sink faucet was broken and leaked water all over and down the counter, dishes were dirty with food debris, cabinets and closets had a crazy bad smell. “Although the cabin was not cleaned before we arrived, the Vacasa cleaning crew came right over after we called. They said it was a scheduling problem that caused them to not have the cabin cleaned before we got there. I would have expected a proactive call to let us know about the problem and for them to have corrected the schedule before we got there and called them about it. Vacasa is also refunding us our cleaning fee.”

“Everything was great except the beds and linens. Pillows should be replaced-stained. Mattresses were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable and bed frame squeaked.Linens should be updated, very old. The family did a lot of outdoor activities, it would have been wonderful to go to bed and get needed rest but unlikely with the mattresses and flat stained pillows. Betty McBrien”

“This is our second year staying at the cabin during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was just as great a stay as last year. We enjoy how open but cozy it is, the charm of the knotty pine and being close to our family. There is everything you need including for cooking. The gas stove was plenty warm for us, but there are other heaters in the bedroom and bathroom if you need it super toasty. “We stayed at Ron's place for a 4 day weekend of ATVing in the area. His cabin was immaculate. The location was super quiet. He was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. The view of the pond was stunning and spending some time on the dock after our rides quite relaxing. We will definitely be back again and would recommend his spot to anyone.”

“This is our third year in a row staying here. 2 teens and 2 dogs. We all love it. I do wish there was a dishwasher so I could sterilize the dishes that are there. But instead, I just bring my own dishes- but that is my only complaint) I recommend renting a canoe from Wild Ones rental . We took the canoe out at sunrise and got an amazing view of the sun over the mountains. We got an amazing photo”
