“The bed and room were very comfortable and furnished with antiques. Even though it's an old building it was quiet at night. The children friendly pub next door has good food at reasonable prices with great views of the harbor. ”

“We have been here three years in a row now. The views are amazing, either overlooking Beacon Hill park or the Salish Sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorating with an antique charm. Many have jacuzzi tubs fitted as well. Breakfasts are great, we had eggs with sausage one day, then French toast and then pancakes. Each day with a fruit cup and hash browns and bacon as well, delicious. Easy fifteen minute walk, mostly through Beacon Hill park, to the Royal BC Museum, Parliament...

“How often do you get to stay in an arts & crafts ‘summer home’ from the 1920’s? It’s very close to the ferry and the airport, but it’s quiet and peaceful, and in a nice area for walking. ”

“Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza.”
