“There is no elevators at this hotel. If we stay here again we would choose a room on the third floor and deal with the stairs, as you could hear the people walking (heavily) on the second floor. Property could use some updating, but overall stay was enjoyable.p”

“Thanks to the entire staff for a fabulous experience. Friendly hospitality all around from check-in, to spa team, to the very responsive housekeeping team, to greeters, bartenders and wait staff at Zulu’s and the pool, to late check-out. “Our villa was quite comfortable. We loved all the activities that were just a few stops away within the Camelback property : mini golf, putting fence, the heated pool and a trail with great landscaping and whimsical statues throughout. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The staff at the Splash restaurant and bar were friendly and so professional. We hope to return soon.”

“I've stayed here twice and will probably continue to pick this hotel whenever I come. There are 2 bar/restaurants, the food is a little expensive for what it is, but it's convenient - minimal offerings and for a light dinner and 1 beer it was $25. Many restaurants around but I found that they get pretty crowded. Breakfast was great! Pool was also great! Beautiful view from the roof. Very easy, quick train ride to the airport. Great access to the river trail and many amenities within easy walking...

“We have stayed at this property for three years while our son attends ASU. We have noticed that the cleanliness has declined considerably. The floors were not vacuumed on floor two the entire time we stayed Feb 6-9th. The room we stayed in (226) had dust on the baseboards and the sink plunger was broken. There are many choices in Tempe but we choose to stay at The Hyatt. I hope this is something that can be resolved”
