L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

“The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything looked very clean. There was plenty of parking. It's an out of town location, i.e. it would be a long walk into the town from there, but if you're looking for a room in the area, then this hotel is a great choice. My daughter is at university in Kingston so we're likely going to be staying there repeatedly on visits.”

"La stanza prenotata ha rispecchiato tutte le aspettative: molto funzionale negli spazi ed abbastanza pulita. La reception pratica e veloce; la colazione da rivedere pesantemente, con poca scelta e poche opzioni. Parcheggio esterno gratuito molto comodo, con ampi spazi su manovra. La piscina molto bella, con scelta di acqua calda o fredda, anche se l'idromassaggio non funzionava.
