“Fint läge på lugna Rindö, nära vägfärjan. Det går fort att ta sig till och från Vaxholm. Mysigt rum. Enkel men bra frukostbuffé. Rummet var i varmaste laget med anledning av den höga utomhustemperaturen, men det går inte att begära att en bed and breakfast i Stockholmsområdet ska ha en kraftfull klimatanläggning. Jag planerar att ta in här igen.”

“The location is beautiful and the ferries across to Vaxholm are easy to use. The house is very pretty and quirky and the beds were comfortable, although we had to make them ourselves on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with nice coffee machines and cooker etc but it would be helpful to have some larger serving bowls for salad etc! It was great to have access to paddle boards which the teenagers made good use of. The instructions for the various toilets were a bit confusing but the host...

“Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse på Marhomlen. Vi hyrde en stuga som var stor, mysig & fräsch. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra på ön och ön var även så fin & mysig att strosa omkring på. Vi fiskade, badade och hyrde roddbåt. Rekommenderar verkligen!”

“What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy both woods and water! We had sun and rain that combined for rainbows! We had a lovely room but of course spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors. The three sweet goat babies and other animals kept us entertained as well as the hired entertainment at the Bageria. The staff we helpful and kind!”

“ Tältet låg precis bredvid värdens hus. Stället var inte fullt iordningsställt inför vår vistelse (vi vet att värden var skadad och har förståelse). Golvet till uteduschen var inte utlagt (inget vi kunde göra själva). Kändes tyvärr slarvigt och utan finess.”

“Das Ferienhaus hält alles, was es verspricht. Man hat auch von innen immer einen tollen Blick auf den See und kann sich gut in die Schlafzimmer sowie auf die obere Etage zurückziehen. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Holzterrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend für viele Ausflugsziele geeignet und in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man schöne Radtouren machen. Nicht zuletzt ist der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter zu nennen, der uns auch interessante Tipps und Links für Unternehmungen gab....

“Beautiful home to share with family for a week this summer! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate much we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor covered dining area was where we spent most of our time! Constantin’s house had everything we needed. “Vi kom till en ostädad stuga. Det var skitigt på toalett och våtutrymmen, råttskit på golven (ägaren sa att det var från möss) för att nämna några av bristerna. Det behövdes en sanering. Ingen mötte oss som avtalat. Hotline fick inte tag i någon i Sverige då det var efter "arbetstid". Vi tog in på hotell och åkte inte tillbaka. Kände oss blåsta, lurade.”

“We stayed during our May holiday at this amazing home. The main home and the boat houses are absolutely amazing. We stayed there with 10 kids and 4 adults and we had a magical week. Even though the weather was not superb, the closeness to Stockholm provided enough distraction as well. Will for sure be back during summer. Also, our host was super helpful with all questions so overall a big 10 from our side”

Spectacular, but not so comfortable
"Conference hotel disguised as boutique hotel. Spectacular location and common areas hosted in a old castle. The rooms are located in several buildings my single room was tiny and not very clean (I had a 30cm wide spider net at my window). With a single not so large towel and a very small one you are supposed both to shower, enjoy the SPA which has a very poor atmosphere (no candles, no flowers, no snacka or tea facilities). Check out is at 11 A.M. which would be ok in a hostel, but its unforgivable in a 4 star hotel. Late check out are charged at an extra fee as well as extra towels. The cocktail bar is amazing and offer spectacular views of the Baltic Sea. Such a pity that the music is so loud everywhere. sounded more a discotheque rather than a cozy place to relax. Breakfast is great with a handpicked selection of products and a great view. "
