“Staff were incredible, very clean tidy rooms,and lots to do without having to travel”

“The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at check in were efficient and pleasant. However the television in our room had no reception and was un-useable. Reception staff endeavoured to fix the problem but could not. We were offered free breakfast as compensation which we did not want. This should not have occurred and spoiled our stay.”

“Hotel Bruce does not purport to be a five-star luxury hotel and it isn't. It is a tired old hotel that is functional and comfortable. Located just off the highway it is very quiet. The rooms are tidy and some what clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. Check-in was very easy. If you need a cheap place to stay in the south east of Melbourne then this hotel is very suitable.”
