“Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. ”

“This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines.
