“Clean relaxing room. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Issue was resolved promptly and level of care was exceptional. Special thank you to Mohaak for the hospitality. We will definitely be returning on our next trip. Great location to the airport. Approx 25 mins from bandra and other attractions. Breakfast was lovely. Room service was great - food piping hot when arrived. The suite is definitely worth booking. Gold services are lovely addition. ”

“This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. “Normally I choose another nearby hotel but this time I wanted to change. PROS: very nice gym, I really enjoyed it. Room was nice & comfy, the Italian coffee machine was a nice touch & made me feel home for sure. CONS: both breakfast & buffet were pretty average: poor food selection & quality was just okay. For me personally, breakfast was quite disappointed. Keep in mind we talk about a 5 stars service, and from these kind of hotels I do expect something more. Overall, it was a good stay but...
