“All was good but planned to pay with Cash and was refused. I should have been informed in advance that cash wasn’t accepted! It almost created a huge issue for me as I had prepared with cash and my one card was not working due to an unrelated issue. Luckily I had a second card on my phone and could tap. But this is ridiculous and I most likely will not stay there again if Cash is not accepted. ”

“We had a good night sleep, but after breakfast we couldn’t go back up to our room. Neither elevator worked. My husband and I are both disabled and couldn’t take stairs up to the third floor. Dwaine was very polite and kept trying to reset elevator, but wouldn’t work. Not to mention we had to deal with the smell of paint. The hotel was remodeling.
