“The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. We enjoyed breakfasts in the dining area and used the property as a base as we explored Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca and Florence. This was the perfect place for us. “This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.”

All of the photos and descriptions do not do justice to this beautiful villa 30 minutes outside of Florence! “We had a wonderful 7 day stay. The location is perfect. It is an easy drive to all the towns in Tuscany. The property is beautiful and quiet. The views are amazing. Patrizia was a great host and very helpful with restaurant and winery recommendations.”

“What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. “we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!”
