Senza riassetto della camera ne cambio asciugamani. Passabile la colazione inclusa. Personale alla reception disponibile e gentile! Tranvia comoda.”

“El hotel no está funcionando está clausurado es un fraude, y expedía no hace nada PÉSIMO SERVICIO de Expedía, nunca fueron para avisar que el hotel no está funcionando, me dejaron sin hotel, tuve que resolverlo yo y conseguir otro hotel, hasta este momento expedía no a resuelto nada y me dejaron a mi suerte voy a dar aviso a la PROFECO en Mexico.”

“Reggie at the front desk was friendly and quick checking us in. He treated us as if we were VIP. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a stay (fast internet, microwave, fridge, TV with decent channels). The water pressure was great, too, if you care about that. Lots of places to walk to eat around the property. The only thing I hope improves in the future if possible is that the door and windows were sturdier.
