“This was our 3rd time staying there. We really enjoy the location”

“First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!”

“This home has a great location within walking distance to the stadium and Sloan lake and short drive to Meow Wolf. This would have been a perfect stay, if not for the 3rd bedroom which is a very small converted office on the entry floor, with literally no room for anything but the bed. The half bath is the next floor up and the full bath is 2 floors up from this room. Very comfortable space for 2 couples! ”

“Great new property. Very comfortable for two people stay, maybe a third. The accommodations were clean, beautiful, easily accessible to downtown Golden. Walked easily to Mines as well as to old town Golden. I’m familiar to the area and have stayed in several VRBOs and this was one of the best. Would definitely stay there again and hope to have opportunities to do so. I’m worried after posting this, my chances will be slim because everyone will know about it now!”

“WOW! What a fantastic property! Stayed with 3 colleagues for a conference at the convention center and it was the perfect location. There was enough space for all of us comfortably. This rental was very clean with super comfortable beds! Not to mention, Dawn was a fantastic host, and was helpful throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend this property to stay at!”

“So glad we found this place. We needed a single level, multi bedroom near downtown Denver to help spouse recover from leg surgery. We stayed almost 2 months and the host was responsive every time something came up. The location was awesome/ so easy to walk around Lodo. It is right next to the train tracks, but the noise didn’t bother us. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is a really cool space with lots of natural light in the shared areas. Beds were really comfortable...

“Amazing communication, location, and even left us local hot spots to visit. Beautiful view of the city walking distance from Broncos stadium. We even got the chance to check out Colorado in nearby Boulder. The only thing that could’ve made it any better was if the Falcons won. Maybe next time ;)”
