“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“La Struttura e un po datata ma funzionante e funzionale, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto cio che serve, la mia non aveva il frigorifero e l'armadietto era piuttosto piccolo. Molto vicino a Cardiff Bay area, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione e varia e ricca (15 pounds ad adulto). ”

“A perfect location for the New Theatre Cardiff and also next to main shopping street of central Cardiff , We were greeted by front of house staff member Bank, whom upon arrival said I've given yourselves a room upgrade which we accepted gratefully . Very clean and tidy hotel and restaurant area , a most pleasant stay will definatly stay again asap”

“It is ok but not enough lifts for so many rooms and people, sometimes we had to wait ages for the lift to arrive, plus on the weekend one lift broke down and there was only one lift working for hundreds of rooms. Staff really kind and helpful. I would go again. ”
