Great stay. Lots of space.
Came to Tahoe to get married with 16 family members. We wanted one place with en suite baths for everyone. Not that easy to find on the lake with 10 bedrooms. This home fit our needs perfectly. Lots of space and things to do on the property. This is not a place for young people who plan to go crazy. Better for families.

Outstanding property!
What a wonderful stay we had! This property was absolutely perfect for our friends getaway! We had five couples which gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! The kitchen and living area are even better in person than the pictures can even show. Plus the downstairs recreation area is to die for: pool table, shuffleboard, a theater, bar, sauna, even an indoor pool! So fun! Plus the hot tub on the main level was fab! We had a private chef come in one night and there was so much space for her to work and create a perfect evening for us. I just can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner was very responsive too! I would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Tahoe Family Vacation
This house has great amenities…pool, sauna, movie theater, game area. It is great for a large group. Our only issue was the vicinity to a major street and not really surrounded by much greenery, smaller neighborhood with houses really close to each other. Parking can be an issue too, can barely fit 6 cars.

Husbands 30th
Stayed here for my husbands 30th with 7 other couples and 6 little kids. House was amazing and everyone had a great time. So many amenities and loved that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely come back.

Exceeded every expectation
Beautiful home where the pictures and description did not do it justice. Extremely comfortable for large groups and all bedrooms are very nice and equipped with renovated bathrooms. Well situated and close to town and main hikes!

Great house for large groups
Overall we had a nice stay. The house is really ideal for huge groups. The game room, indoor pool, and movie theater are awesome. There are a few small creature comforts I would have expected for $5K+ per night. The rules and restrictions are a little intense and offputting. But overall, a great house for a group!

Beautiful clean cozy home
This home was absolutely beautiful ,it is the cleanest house I have rented so far. Beautiful large kitchen though a lot of the pots and pans should be replaced. All the upgrades in the home are absolutely beautiful everyone has their own bathroom which is super convenient. Theater room was awesome but the equipment really needs to be upgraded and brought up-to-date.

Perfect place for a large group
This house was amazing for our friend reunion. Sharing a house with all adults and everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. So much space that you didn't have to be in each other's space if you needed a break. The only issue was the hood vent over the stove wasn't working, so hopefully that's fixed soon. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Wonderful property for family reunion. Lots to do on the premises so could be entertained even when.

Amazing South Tahoe Experience
We had an incredible experience staying at this property. In terms of amenities and location to everything South Tahoe has to offer, this house is hard to beat. Comfortable enough for way more people than we had. The host was extremely accommodating with check-in and making sure that everything was prepared and comfortable for our arrival. Not a single complaint form this groups stay!

Large home, close to Heavenly
We had a rather large group of adults and children, five families in all. The house layout was great, and the rooms were set up nicely. If you plan on skiing, this is a great location, as it is close to Heavenly, and you don’t have to go through town to get to their parking lots. We had a lot of large meals and the kitchen was great, plenty of fridge space. The game room was great, as was the pool and sauna. The pillows were awesome. A couple small items to mention: the driveway is short and steep. If you are visiting in the winter and expect any precipitation, park the cars at the top of the driveway. Some of the lights in the game room have tape over them so we didn’t use them. Using the theater room and bar area lights at the same time often tripped the breaker in the garage. The TVs and theater room media were a bit difficult to figure out, despite having multiple teenagers present - a written guide would be helpful. The main road leading up to the house were clear, but the road in front of the house definitely required 4 wheel drive. Mark was responsive to our questions. We would stay here again!

Best vacation Rental ever
We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The property manager mark is great Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Mark Answered all our of text messages and calls right away.This house is so big and spacious and Perfect for large group of people.Location was perfect close to casinos and downtown and very quiet Neighborhood.

Wonderful place for a group
Our family of 15, ages 25 to 89, stayed in this beautiful home. It was as wonderful as described, and our family took full advantage of all of the amenities - the hot tub, pool, theater and the games downstairs. Two creative members of our group created a family olympic competition with events using all of the games and the pool - so much fun! The kitchen is very well stocked for a large group with lots of plates and two dishwashers. We hope to return!

Tahoe Family Trip
This house was wonderful!!!! It is exactly what you see in the pictures. There were 14 of us staying at this property and everyone had a fantastic time. Each bedroom had a fantastic bathroom with a great shower...... and even two bathrooms with showers in the game room and pool areas. All the TV's in the game room and movie room were awesome to watch all the football games on Sunday!!! Highly recommend this property.......Mark
