Questo attico al 30 ° piano dispone di 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni. Si trova nelle torri condominiali sopra la spiaggia e gode di un'incredibile vista sull'estremità meridionale dell'isola. Questo attico può ospitare fino a 10 ospiti durante la notte. Una vista mozzafiato dal balcone lato spiaggia è un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata! Questo è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e "catturare il momento". Ci sono finestre dal pavimento al soffitto in tutta la zona pranzo, soggiorno e cucina.

La Sapphire Spa offre ottime opzioni di trattamento, e il personale molto amichevole rende un'esperienza davvero rilassante. Fermati al centro fitness per una vera sorpresa!

La grande parte di questo complesso sono le attività per i bambini. Una stanza per ragazzi offre un ottimo intrattenimento con fantastici giochi da tavolo, flipper gratuiti e un home theatre da 24 posti �� disponibile anche per il tuo piacere. Ci sono film serali giocati alle 19:00.

Sapphire Stay
Condo was very clean. Plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Great pool. Hot tub was nice size, but some days the temperature was not properly regulated. All staff were very friendly. Great workout room.

MOST HORRIBLE PENTHOUSE
Hairs in sheets, hairs in tub and shower, paint chipped and missing, broken items, no hot water first day, tv did not work in master bedroom first 2 days,, mold on ceolin in kitchen. Family got stuck in elevator twice. Have pics to prove it all. Called costal several times, person anwering phones was appologetic but her supervisor cared less and would not call us back. Build maint came to help with hot water and tv anh housekeeping did change shhets, other things they said would be fixed after we left but I have doubts. ceiling, master room doir did not lock,

Over priced and over hyped
For the price and being the penthouse everything should work. We paid a lot of money andwe had to sleep in the living room because there was no air coming out of the vent in the master bedroom. The vents were open and both thermostats were set at 65 degrees. We froze out the other rooms trying to cool the master bedroom. Also, little amminities such as paper towls and a working coffee maker would be good. Also the plumbing, the shower is plumbed so that when it is turned on, you get hot water first then as you turn it, it gets colder..It took 2 days of cold showers before we figured this out...as you turn the handle it should go cold to hot....if you're going to list a property as a luxurious penthouse you should get that, not a cobbled up apartment. Not a big deal, but the paint patch jobs didnt match either... ive stayed at Sapphire numerous times and been very happy with the lower, smaller and cheaper rooms. Id never rent this one again, i wanted to rent a special room for all my kids since we dont all get together very often, the rental was the worst part of our trip and i was wanting it to be the best....

Perfect for our family vacation
Had a wonderful stay! From check-in to check-out & everything in between went smoothly! Communication with the property manager was great. The kitchen was gorgeous & the views…Wow, the views were amazing! The condo was perfect for our family vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Great choice
This condo was amazing !! Amazing view of the beach and ocean .! Staff was truly amazing we had a very minor incident with air condition they were very responsive and fixed easily !! The condo if fully equipped. It was spacious we had 6 adults and 2 kids in the condo . we added a pack n play for my toddler .

Incredible View
This property was fantastic. The rooms were surprisingly soundproof so the little ones were able to sleep even when everyone was in the kitchen. One side of the condo was significantly colder than the other side but we probably were doing something wrong with the thermostat. Kitchen was huge and the view was breath taking. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time staying at this location. We were a group of 4 couples getting away for a long weekend to celebrate birthdays! The place was exactly what was shown and listed. The communication was excellent! Beautiful spot and the views were amazing!

This place was stunning and spacious. Everyone had somewhere to sleep and stretch out. With 4 kids, it was wonderful to have a little room. The views are wonderful.

Great Space, Cleanliness and Upkeep Could Improve
My family and I stayed at this penthouse for 3 days/3 nights. Overall we had a good experience - here's a list of the pros/cons. Pros: 1. View 2. Location (quick access to pool and beach) 3. Amenities (full kitchen, TVs in all rooms, pool/beach toys for kids) 4. Very spacious (fit all 9 of us comfortably) 5. Quiet (didn't hear outside noise or other renters) 6. Parking Garage 7. Check-in/Check-out was hassle free Cons: 1. Cleanliness could be much better. For example, the sinks were very grimy with brown stains around the drain that can be scrubbed off with effort and regular maintenance. We also had to clean the washing machine since the rubber ring around the door was very grimy. We purchased dishwasher cleaner since there was a smell in the dishwasher. 2. General upkeep is poor - see list below. a. The shower handle was coming off. b. The hand towel holder was not properly attached to the wall. c. A/C should be replaced. If I'm renting a 'luxury penthouse', it shouldn't come with instructions to reset the A/C when it stops running. Please note that we followed instructions not to set the A/C below 68 degrees. d. Batteries in the remotes for the light/fan need to be replaced. We couldn't have the fan on with the light off since we could only use the switch and not the remote. e. The maintenance employee indicated that one of the shades for the window was broken and has yet to be fixed. We were unable to raise or lower one of the shades by the patio facing the beach. f. We were unable and unwilling to use the tub since it didn't drain properly, and the water that pooled was tinted yellow. g. Small details like recaulking or painting marks near the bathroom mirrors so that it looks fresh and clean could help. It would have been helpful to have a little pamphlet of amenities (e.g., hours/services/location of the spa), shops, and restaurants nearby - but not having this is not a dealbreaker. I would also suggest posting an emergency escape poster (just in case).

Nice, but needs upkeep.
Size of the condo and view were great. However, the grill was broken and the blinds in one of the windows in the living room was broken as well. The ac was suspect throughout the day and had problems blowing cold air. Remote controls for the lights were not all working and lightbulbs were burned out in many rooms. For the daily cost of this condo, these items should all be checked and fixed before the tenant arrives. This appears to be a property management issue.

Needs improvements
Dining room table was uncomfortable. Made game playing difficult. Couches were uncomfortable and much of the bedroom furniture needed repair. The one chair in the living room broke when one of our group sat on it - leaving just the couches - which need to be re-stuffed. The bedrooms do not suit 8 adults comfortably. The one bedroom had a trundle bed and so one of our adults actually slept in a twin bed that was in one of the suites - with a couple. The bathroom situation was great! Although the shower in the room facing the ocean took a while to get hot water. I know people don't like signage - but it would have been nice to know how things worked ... like the tv and the air and coffee maker etc.

It was great!
I didnt expect for the aparment to be as good as the pictures, but it was even better, the view is amazing, the rooms are clean, the pool is relaxing and over all I really liked the way of everything.

Penthouse review
Loved the penthouse view and amenities of property. However, we paid top dollar for the rental. Problems. Dishwasher. Door has broken safety spring. When you pull the door, it falls abruptly and could cause injury to adult or child. Wheels missing off of the lower dish tray. Tray falls out of dishwasher when pulled out. Ice maker/water dispenser did not work. Dresser in single bed bedroom lamination coming off. Cord to raise right hand side blind came loose.
