“The overall experience is good. The kitchen is a bit small, and HVAC in the kitchen / living room is loud. The water in the hot tub needs to change. The location of this hotel is very good, Whole Food and various restaurants are nearby, and there's a shuttle runs between hotel and the California Lodge at Heavenly. ”

“This location is within walking distance of the lake, casinos, and concerts. It's very easy to get around and we enjoyed our stay at Lake Tahoe.”

I was told in writing by the owner (4 days prior to arriving), that the front desk had my name and would be ready for my arrival. “We really enjoyed the great location of this unit. We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc).
