“The property was adequate for what we needed. We were looking for a place where my wife could recover from surgery. The hot tub was in the back yard was a plus. The pool was cool even though it was heated to 80 degrees. With outside temps in the 70’s, we didn’t use the pool. The kitchen was very complete even with sharp knives. It would be tight for 4 adults due to the single small bathroom. But it worked for us as a couple of two. ”

“First off, it’s an old property in an older established neighborhood. I didn’t feel unsafe at all, but I think the age of the property and neighborhood is what would through some people off. Don’t let that offset you. Also, there were sugarants in the kitchen. That’s annoying, but again this is Florida and the idea of not getting sugar ants in an older home is a pipe dream. “Great location in a safe neighborhood. The check in was seamless, the house is equipped with everything you might need and it was very clean. Close to all the action, too! ”

“This house needs some work. I try to not be negative BUT it is way overpriced for what you get. Lighting was awful. No outdoor lighting for night. No lighting in closet or hallway with laundry. The floor going into the master is a huge liability fall factor. There is a big step down with no markings. The water pressure is so low it truly is hard to take a shower. “This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is ideal, in a lovely neighborhood and easy to walk to restaurants or go for a run down along Bayshore Drive. We use it as a home base for visiting our UTampa student and exploring the area and beaches. The house is well-appointed with everything we need and Kathie is an excellent, communicative host.”

“Inside of house was just lovely and great set up. Backyard with pool was good but much more potential with an upgrade. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Convenient to everything. Would stay again. Very responsive. ”

“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. “This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely. The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine.
