“This house is very nice. It’s well decorated and has many thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in good condition and very clean. We especially liked the color coordinated and soft towels and sheets instead of the usual hotel grade scratchy and worn towels we get at other places. “Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need.”

“We loved the layout of the condo and the neighborhood, also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We felt right at home. The only so called complaint was that there was a bit of a moldy smell at first in the condo. We bought a couple of candles and sprayed everything with Lysol…..also several days we were able to air out the place by opening the doors which helped. It’s not due to the owners because I know that the humidity in Florida is the cause of this. I would definitely stay there again...

“We were 2 families for a total 7 people with 3 kids ranging from 9-15. The cottage was perfect for all of us! The 2 youngest loved having their own twin bed vs. bunk beds. The location to the beach was perfect and a very manageable walk for all of us. It would be hard to drag a wagon so our backpack cooler came in handy. We loved the chair service as well! “This property was very clean and well maintained! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The fishing in the lake behind the house was not great but it was very windy during our stay in October so that could be part of the reason. We loved being able to use the golf cart to drive to the beach and Baytowne wharf! This was our second stay in the sandestin resort and we are very pleased with the location. ”

Hardly left the resort, everything you needed (food, drinks, entertainment, beach, pools, activities, etc.) were all on the resort and accessible by a fun golf cart ride.
