“I will start by saying that this place is great. It is located in a gated RV/small home park with plenty of open spaces and amenities, near the Old Town area. It is economical and quite a bang for the buck. There were a couple of issues (the most notable one being a rather noisy washing machine, although Shawna said it was new and she'd look into it). It was a bit small for us, but the location was great, and we liked the large dog run for our doodles.I do have to say the neighborhood may...

“Mod Pod ……very impressed with the property . We stayed for a week through Christmas was everything we needed to be comfortable throughout the holiday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone ! …communication with property owners was perfect …power did go out on xmas eve (turkey cooking I imagine lol …they messaged us right away and power company had it goin again in about an hour …very friendly and safe park very happy with it ”

“The place is good, but there came a time when we felt uncomfortable, because they did not guide you well and everything you needed to know about the place. Whatever we did due to lack of orientation, they threatened us that it couldn't be done and we had to call the police. We felt intimidated during our stay. “This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient”

“I have stayed here quite a few times, room was relatively clean, I use the makeup mirror and I noticed the arm was had not been cleaned in a while, had dust on it. A little turn off, also shower head was not not fully attached to wall and bathroom door was a little beat up. I must say this is the first time i have noticed such disrepair at this hotel. I am sure it was probably just that particular room.”
