“Very nice hotel, close to shopping areas and in a very safe and nice location. Loved staying here”

“The property is not particularly appealing, a bit grey and outdated. The neighborhood is not great either. That said, the place was clean, and we spent a comfortable night in a quiet room with a huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was fine. Pleasant bartender. Prompt valet service for our car. A bit of a wait to check out as the front desk was understaffed. No real complaints. OK for the price.”

“Hotel molto bene, colazione abbastanza mediocre, pochissima scelta di vivande, paragonabile alle colazioni che servono gratuitamente in molti hotels in USA, certamente non vale le decine di Dollari che ti fanno pagare. ”

“Pessima struttura, abbiamo trovato le camere sporche e polverose. Oltretutto non ci hanno mai rifatto le camere malgrado le ns. rimostranze. Ci sono stati forniti asciugamani puliti e basta. Non hanno personale fisso a fare pulizie e ogni volta la risposta era che il personale era andato via. Poi oltre il danno la beffa perché gii abbiamo anche scritto e ci hanno detto che non era vero e che avevamo rifiutato di farci pulire le camere. Mai più pernotteremo in un hotel Sofitel. Pessima esperienza...

“Una bella lobby ed è situato in una zona comoda per visitare la città. La stanza e bagno nella norma. Purtroppo è molto rumorosa, sino alla sera tardi abbiamo sentito il traffico della strada sotto l’hotel. Anche il Wi-Fi funzionava male. Comoda la caffetteria a cui si accede dalla lobby. Al check in abbiamo trovato una receptionist non del tutto cordiale ”
