“Great size room ,pool was clear and very warm great hotel if traveling with children ”

“We arrived and noticed a problem with the toilet seat being broken. It was plastic and one of the anchors had broken loose. We informed the front desk and within a couple of hours a new wooden seat was installed. Very prompt.”

“My experience was good overall as it has been the case since I started traveling to Carlsbad for business. This time around though, with the high winds and cold weather, I experienced a situation with my room 324. One of the window panels was loose and not sealing properly, I tried pushing it out to see if it was something correctable however, it's just sign of an outdated window. The cold air overpowered the A/C unit so, it was a cold couple of nights.”
