“Checking in was great… The bar was a disaster Bartender was overwhelmed and the lady- owner didn’t help her at all… lost a lot of business in the bar we waited 20minutes standing at the bar waiting for the bartender to get 4 beers and 4 drinks with the owner standing there watching it was embarrassing ”

“Hotel immerso in un giardino stupendo. Stanza di grandi dimensioni, curata e pulita. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Cielos e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ottimo il margarita! ”

“Nice, comfortable room with a view near the elevators per my request. Had trouble with the vending machine. First took my money and then dispensed the wrong drink. Was told that was a third party issue, not the hotels. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and helpful.”
