Could improve: they need attention to detail for taking extra efforts for some surprise or goodies or something for kids. I expect this from a 5 star hotel where we have received many surprise elements elsewhere. ”

“Good romantic night away. Pool/hot tub area was very dated but clean, rooms are clean, the halls in the buildings are quite old and need some love but still very clean. Will definitely stay again ”
