“Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. ”
