“Hotel in ottima posizione, nel verde, silenzioso ed accogliente. Camera ampia, sulla corte interrna. Ottimo il servizio in camera e la scelta di ristoranti all'interno. Una navetta su prenotazione rende facilissimo e poco costoso raggiungere il waterfront si Cape Towm. Raccomando certamente”

“Siamo stati in questo Hotel per ben 6 notti, all'arrivo alle 13.15 ci comunicano che il check in era possibile solo a partire dalle 14.00, dico nessun problema e mi reco a pranzo nel ristorante della struttura. Alle ore 14.30 mi reco di nuovo in reception e mi comunicano che la stanza non è ancora pronta perchè l'addetta delle pulizie non era passata quel giorno, inoltre mi comunicano che l'area condizionata è fuori servizio cosa non piacevole nel caldo di gennaio. Armati di pazienza aspettiamo...

“Lovely stay at Banksia. The team who work here are all fantastic, super friendly and relaxed. The guesthouse itself is a beautiful old house with heaps of beautiful original features. It’s in a residential, nice part of town but only about 15-20 min drive from camps bay/v&a area. The spa is very nice, we had a great facial and massage. Thanks team banksia! ”
