“I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. “My brother, mom and I met up at this property to attend a funeral in Centennial. The property had plenty of space and an excellent location! Bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was excellent. This property is highly recommended!”

“The house was specious for 4 guests. We're older, so we preferred having our own rooms. :) The house was clean and functional. The location was a short walk to downtown Golden. Our stay was extremely enjoyable.The only thing that could have improved the stay was some ice trays in the freezer to avoid having to stop by a store.”

“I was eager to write this review as we really enjoyed staying at this BNB. It was well appointed with a well designed interior. We loved having carpet! And it was in beautiful shape. I would say the only comment for our stay was we could have used a little more stocked toilet tissue and had to purchase that. The pillows in the master bedroom could probably be replaced. Otherwise a top-notch property that we have already recommended to friends. ”
