“We stayed at hillside unit. Toilet was not flushing well, but since we went to the hot springs, morning yoga, we didn’t use much of toilet in the unit. Wish they open everything (market, restaurant, hot springs) later than 9pm, or open earlier. Great view. Stars in the sky. Hot springs. All great.”

“Really good property. Staff was amazing and available at all times. Only problem was that HOT water was not available at all times. My kids couldn’t take shower due to hot water not available. ”

“Everthing was great! My only suggestion is bring your own firewood. I was not aware that the fireplace was not gas and had to buy firewood. We still enjoyed our stay!”

“Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village...

“This hotel is far past its prime, but still a nice and convenient place to stay in Mt. Crested Butte. There was a loud air duct in the bathroom that couldn't be turned off and only one window that opened, but otherwise was comfortable. I wish that the breakfast (which is very expensive) had more gluten free options--there was almost nothing I could eat. ”
