Resort a Southwestern Utah - Bryce Canyon

“The restaurant is a disaster. We were there 2 nights, and would not have returned other than the lack of dining in the area in winter. First night we waited over an hour for our food, which came out cold. Only one waiter for the whole place with fill- in from other staff. It was so cold virtually no one took off their coats. Night two we thought we'd go as soon as they opened, 5pm so we could get our order in first; waited over 30 minutes and then they had prepared the wrong order ... brought...

“We loved our stay in The Lotus! The yurt was so cute and well appointed. We slept very well and enjoyed all the views. It was close to all that the area had to offer. We missed having a TV just a little, but we got over it. We stayed at five places during our trip, and this was our favorite one. If we are ever in the area again, we will make a return trip. “Reserved end of August for mid October stay. Reached out with questions end of September and was told was no longer available. After i had already paid and had another dozen people planning to stay with me. Not sure if they would have ever contacted me if i hadn't reached out with questions. Was told they were closing for winter even though it's advertised as a "winter wonderland". Very disappointed and left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations at last minute.”

“This home is great. The resort was awesome and kids loved the heated pools. It was nice to take a trip and have the ability to cook home cooked meals. Everything you need is surrounding the resort. I highly recommend.”
