“Il personale è super gentile e questo aiuta un po' a sentirsi accolti. purtroppo la struttura in sè ha tanti piccoli problemi tra cui la vasca con il doccino rotto, un solo asciugamano per persona, i condizionatori che non fanno aria calda o che non funzionano e così via. Purtroppo va bene per una notte sola. Punto a favore il personale”

“La prima camera assegnata, terribile, sporca , lenzuola e coperte con macchie evidenti. Abbiamo, con l'aiuto del personale , girato piú di una camera per trovarla pulita. Piscina inutilizzabile , acqua ghiacciata. Buona la posizione vicina al centro e a 2 minuti a piedi per il tempio di luxor, di fronte all' attracco delle navi da crociera, e se avete la camera da quel lato il rumore è forte, insonorizzazione pessima.Discreta la colazione , è ossessiva la ricerca di mance da parte del personale...
