“Good to stop for a night or 2 max, lovely staff and average drink prices. 1 bathroom shared between all the rooms (heads up) and the same with the kitchen facility. Best place roundabout is Dans Goods in Guardbridge, good rolls! (bit of a walk if you don't drive - ps. Won't get food in the hotel)”

“La struttura è particolarmente pulita e curata nei particolari il giardino è esemplare il rapporto qualità prezzo è centrato da ritornarci . È un po difficile la logistica per arrivarci anche se google map fa il suo dovere dovesse mancare la linea è un problema.”

“Though the hotel was not busy, we were put in what could only be described as a tiny children’s adjoining room, with a window so covered in bird poo it was impossible to see out of! Not what I have come to expect from a luxury hotel.”

“Finalmente il mio sogno si è avverato: ho dormito per due notti in un vero castello scozzese!!! Il posto è fantastico: Renata e David sono stati dei perfetti padroni di casa e ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo e cortesia! A dieci minuti di strada da St Andrews e a 15 dalle meravigliose cittadine della costa del Fife. Un vero paradiso! Non solo consigliato, ma super stra consigliato!!! ”

“I loved staying at The Dunvegan. First of all, the staff was outstanding. They were friendly and responsive. The hotel was clean, and my room was kept in prime condition. The breakfasts were yummy, and one night I ate in and the fish and chips were the best I've had. The hotel was central, so I could walk everywhere with ease. If I return to St. Andrews, The Dunvegan will be my first choice of where to stay. Thank you!”

“Small rooms with a good shower. Guest house is unmanned and had to go to nearby hotel to pay for the stay. The grap-and-go breakfast was a few bars, but there are plenty of great places nearby serving breakfast. ”

“Stopped in for one night, check in was a breeze. Great security. We had a lovely view from our room on the second floor, which was a good size, and had a tea pot with the trimmings. The attached pub was brilliant, staff delightful and attentive. The food was delicious-dinner for us was an outstanding pea and mint soup and gorgeous chicken salad. But they had a varied and eclectic menu. Breakfast was included and was outstanding. The location is ideal-walking to the famous St.Andrews course,...

“Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Location is brilliant - about a 20 metre walk and you’re on the Old Course!! Parking was easy and free nearby. Be aware that, quite typically of St Andrew’s, there is no lift so make sure you’re up to climbing stairs and also getting your luggage up and down yourself! Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend!!”

“Stanza molto confortevole e pulita in un cottage vicino all'hotel. Bagno ampio con doccia. Nella stanza è presente un bollitore, una vasta scelta di tea, cioccolata calda (solubile) e dei biscotti a disposizione dell'ospite. La struttura è nel mezzo di un'area con campi da golf, c'è molta quiete e il paesaggio é suggestivo. Dista da Saint Andrews 14 km. L'hotel offre ristorante e bar. Personale molto sorridente e disponibile. ”

“We had a great time during our weekend stay. The resort was very peaceful and has a lovely little coffee shop as well as other amenities that we didn't get round to using. The place was very clean and neat and the check-in and out was easy via a lockbox. The beds are very small (can't be helped given the size of the caravan), we did have 5 adults staying but even the shortest of us on the stay had their feet hanging off the edge - aside from the size they are comfortable enough to manage a night...
