“Perfect location if your looking for a quite relaxing vacation.”

“I’m trying to find the right words but all I can think of was a perfect Adirondack experience with our family. I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10”

“Other than a minor snafu with the heat going out, and the ubiquitous rodent issues any house in NNY has, it was the third year of our annual Wine Slushy ice fishing weekend. We intend to return next year.”

“Girls trip...3 elder sisters plus second generation niece and her 2 daughters. We all agreed everything was perfect at this location. From bedroom choices to outside porches to full kitchen amenities everything we needed was at our fingertips. Location couldn't have been better. View of the St Lawrence, glimpses of ships traveling in the distance, perfect weather and wonderful flat hiking right in the neighborhood. The area was charming and steeped in early history of the thousand Islands...

“Went up to snowmobile, although the property is fairly close to the trail it's not ideal... Not a lot of parking, plan accordingly. Other than that nice little place.”

“My family was looking for somewhere to stay to get together for a long weekend and this property was perfect! Beautiful kitchen for cooking family meals, lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep you occupied and of course the beautiful hot tub! My parents are already looking forward to coming back! ”

“The cabin was a great cozy, retreat in the woods but still accessible to town. It was a short drive to get to spring skiing at Titus Mountain. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed for breakfast and dinner in. We hope to stay again in the warmer months to enjoy the rest of the property. ”

“Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. This year there were brand new kayaks to use and a new paddle board! The pontoon is incredibly easy to use and provides tons of fun out on the...
