“The AC in my room BARELY worked. I had a very hard time sleeping because it felt like I was outside. I was there for 3 nights, I may have gotten 10 hours of sleep total. They need to upgrade their AC units in the rooms. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for 2 nights, nothing more. ”

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized.
