NOTA: esiste un progetto di pittura a livello di edificio esterno programmato per i primi di agosto fino a fine settembre 2019. Non ci sarà mai la necessità di entrare all'interno del condominio, ma questo condominio potrebbe avere un po 'di lavoro svolto direttamente fuori dal balcone con alcune impalcature necessarie. La piscina sarà aperta e accessibile ad eccezione del 13 settembre e del 16 settembre 2019.
Ampio balcone privato sulla spiaggia con vista sulla spiaggia incontaminata di Madeira e sul Golfo del Messico. Goditi lo spettacolo giornaliero dei delfini, i pasti, il relax o la visione dei tramonti giornalieri di classe mondiale. La vista completamente libera che guarda ad Ovest ti farà divertire per ore!

Amazing beach location!

If you want to have a 60 second walk to the beach everyday this is the place to stay! Location is amazing for beach goers. Sunsets were awesome off the back porch. Six beach chairs and toys were a plus! Everything was as described. There really is only 1 restaurant in walking distance so if you are looking to go out on the town, this isn't the place for you. It is more of a residential area, not as touristy as Clearwater. Communication from the owners was a 10/10!!!!

Spring break Adventure

Still had some damages from the hurricane. Pool was not working yet still. Had no real communication on other pool that we could use. Beach was ok, but not easy to do with littler ones. (2 year old). Wish we could have had the address to the office pool that we could have used. Floor was filthy, kids feet and sock were black as soon as we walked in. And there was food crumbs in one of the cabinets still. All in all it was ok, had enough room for everyone. We did enjoy the time we had there.

Over all the place was very nice my one complaint is there should have been instructions on how to run the tv.was not able to get a picture until 2days in to our trip .also should of had something to tell us about the restaurant in the area. Other then that the place was well stocked and very nice.

February 2025 Madiera Beach

Our favorite location and a favorite building. Condo accommodations worked out well for our family to visit. Manager very responsive and attentive. We were impressed by the community resiliency in recovery. Some amenities not available (pool & patio, for example) but in light of the total devastation in some places, Las Brisas was in good shape. Hats off to the locals!

June Madeira Beach stay

Visited with my daughter and her husband with this stay at Las Brisas. We all enjoyed our time there and found the condo as advertised. Great beach - very busy though with the hot weather, water was very warm and wonderful! Lots to do around there. I would rent this again.

Location location location!

We had a wonderful time in this beachfront Condo. Conveniently located to restaurants, bars, and steps to the pristine White Sands. Plenty of umbrella, chairs to be rented or many chairs provided by the host all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Very spacious we love the Madeira Beach area, felt very safe, walking around at night. quick five minute ride to John’s pass for all the shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 30 minute ride to Clearwater or Tampa. The host was very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful beach in the pool is warm

The sand on this beach is amazing. We plenty of space for our two grown children and my husband. Love the washer and dryer in the pool was the perfect temperature.

Great location!

The location was perfect! What you would expect for a beach condo. It could use some updating, but it work for my family just fine! The property company was very responsive and helpful with any questions asked. Was nice to be able to text them and get an immediate response. We had a great trip!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Loved having the beach right out of our condo. Grandchildren loved the gulf and the sand. Good restaurants in walking distance, we would definitely come again.

Madeira Beach 3 Bedroom Condo

We booked Monday thru Saturday. Arrived Monday late afternoon. One adult and 4 15/16 year old girls. Nice layout. The girls had the two bedrooms and one bath at the back of the condo. I had the master bedroom and bath. With my door shut there wasn’t really any noise Very close to various grocery stores, Walmart, target, the mall, the movie theater, John’s Pass and lots of restaurants. Very nice to be right on the beach. Fortunately we were able to come in one vehicle. Otherwise additional parking or parking for visitors was not on site. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the Condo. Nice to have an elevator and carts available. I did ask for additional toilet paper and dishwasher packets At first they said after the starter pack we needed to supply. I let them know that two dishwasher packets and four small rolls of extra toilet paper wasn’t that much for a three bedroom condo rented for five nights. They said ok and brought four pack of toilet paper and five or six packs of dishwasher detergent. So then we had plenty. So the management team was very responsive once I pointed out the situation. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The mattress on the king bed in the master was a bit hard for my liking, but otherwise ok. Great location.

Las brisas

Very nice large condo. Loved the proximity to the beach. Guest bathroom had some mold in the toilet. Master bath had some mold around the drain in the sink. Dishwasher smells and did not clean great. We stayed local with the restaurants. The Reef and Daquiri Shak were fantastic and within walking distance.

Family wedding

We were in Tampa for a family wedding and decided to stay at the beach. So glad we found this gem! Location is great! The condo was the perfect size for us and 3 adult children. We will be back!

Wonderful

We had 4 adults and four children 4 and under. The place was more spacious than we were expecting. It was nice to just open the balcony doors and have an even extended living space. I woke up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. Which is completely unobstructed. I saw dolphins every morning swimming around. You just sit on the balcony and there is the beach and ocean as far as you can see. It was very family friendly. So easy to just pack up for a morning or afternoon at the beach with all the kids. My husband bought a fishing license and was able to fish from shore. The kitchen has all the essentials but nothing like extra spices except salt and pepper. There is a washer and dryer. There are some beach toys and even a cooler. Plenty of restaurants close by . It was perfect for family's. Beach was never too crowded. We are very happy with our decision to stay here. Thank you!!

Great Location and easy access

Condo located in prime location close to everything you need. Parking spot spacious and easy to access. Condo fit comfortably for 4 of us, myself, mother, and 2 children. Rental management company was fantastic with directions / instructions / communications. Easy to book and manage this trip.

Mad Beach Vacation 2023

I have vacationed at Las Brisas for a few years now. The general location, proximity to shopping, food, entertainment/night life is perfect for those planning to vacation without a vehicle. I found this particular unit to be a bit outdated compared to others we have stayed in prior, and the appliances are bit older. I'd like to see a few more things added to the unit, such as additional blankets, throws, pillows, rugs (by the doorwall/entryway) and general kitchenware. However, the unit had what we needed to enjoy our week long stay.
