“We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again.”

“La casa è molto carina e funzionale. Tuttavia bene sapere che nell'isola ci sono frequenti black out. A noi è capitato la sera prima della nostra partenza e l'indomani mattina alle ore 13.00 quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura ancora non era tornata. Nulla di grave, ma ovviamente non vi era possibilità di fare doccia con acqua calda o banalmente cucinare un caffè. Il personale ad ogni modo è stato molto solerte e disponibile nel venirci incontro”

“It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were great. The restaurant was very very good and I highly recommend it. It should be noted that the hotel is situated on a very steep hill and there are very many steps to climb, even from the rooms up to the restaurant. Not suitable for those who can’t manage stairs. Otherwise it’s delightful.”

“La camera tripla ha due letti da una piazza e mezza; nessun armadio; due Como’ stravecchi e un condizionatore rumorosissimo. Il rubinetto del bagno si è otturato e non è stato riparato. Le pulizie non sono state fatte ne’ cambiate le asciugamani. L unica cosa positiva è stata la colazione : ottimi pancakes ”

“Great experience, Shannon the hostess and owner goes out of her way to accommodate their guests even providing transportation to the beach, here in the Island taxis are very pricey ”

“They should inform customers that are staying at the hotel that their restaurant is permanently closed at the moment. That was a problem since you would have to walk a half a mile to the other location to sit for breakfast very uncomfortable. ”

“Positive - Definitely a property with one of the best views on the island and is absolutely gorgeous. The room itself looked nice overall however there were some issues that made it a step down for us. The room was not very clean and we located bugs throughout the kitchen and in the cabinets. The shower head was broken so it only provided a full stream of pressure. The showers also even though warm would never get “hot”. Beach towels were supposed to be provided but were not provided until...

“struttura nuova e fatta con un certo stile, ma poco confortevole. Camera piccola, caldissima, senza appoggi,senza armadio, finestre senza zanzariere, bagno senza porta. Pulito e con una discreta colazione, ma ho passato una notte infernale, non lo consiglio.”

“Mark and Jess were both so nice to us and went way above and beyond! We had an early excursion and they found us a taxi that was willing to wake up early for us…but also promised to drive us if they taxi slept in! Breakfast was great every day and the view is amazing! Great location to downtown where you can walk to in 5 min or so. They also just bought Hotel 1829 which is close by and that looked very nice as well! We plan to go back. ”

“Siamo stati li una settimana dal 25 febbraio al 4 Marzo 2013...camera bellissima, spaziosissima, terrazzino con una vista mozzafiato e cucinino con tutto cio che serve(frigo, fornetto, pianocottura, utensili...). La piscina è molto bella e il centro di charlotte amalie è raggiungibilissimo a piedi...un po meno al ritorno visto che è quasi tutta salita!!!Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, lo consiglierei soprattutto alle famiglia, perchè alla sera a st. thomas non c'è nulla, i ristoranti...
