Nota: l'unità è stata ristrutturata nel mese di dicembre 2018.

L'unità recentemente ristrutturata è arredata con gusto con un tema tropicale, dispone di nuovo moderno split unità AC, nuovo materasso ortopedico king size con cuscini extra confortevoli. Pavimenti in travertino dappertutto. L'unità può essere completamente oscurata tramite un'otturatore elettrico) per i clienti che desiderano dormire o fare un pisolino dopo una bella giornata in spiaggia.

Siamo molto orgogliosi di garantire che le nostre unità vengano costantemente mantenute in condizioni molto pulite e ottimali.

Sapphire Village Resort Condo:

Godetevi il nostro studio senza fumo, completamente climatizzato, con splendide viste inostruite delle vicine isole di St. Giovanni e le Isole Vergini Britanniche. Questa unità si trova a pochi passi dalla splendida sabbia bianca di Sapphire Beach e le sue barriere coralline tropicali protette ed è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, forno a microonde, TV, frullatore, tostapane, asciugacapelli, ecc.

In loco, ci sono diverse piscine d'acqua dolce e un ristorante e bar situato accanto alla piscina inferiore.

Nell'adiacente Sapphire Marina, è possibile noleggiare moto d'acqua, motoscafi e noleggiare altre barche più grandi e barche a vela per fare crociere, pescare, fare snorkeling e immersioni subacquee o semplicemente fare qualche salto da un'isola al vicino St John e al BVI.

Sapphire Village si trova a meno di mezzo miglio dai moli dei traghetti tra le isole di Red Hook e dall'American Yacht Harbour Complex, dove ci sono molti ristoranti, bar e negozi. Inoltre, Red Hook offre altri servizi convenienti come una banca, una farmacia e vari negozi di generi alimentari.

Coki Point Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, e le Scuola d'equitazione si trovano a 10 minuti di auto, taxi o autobus. Magens Bay, Mahogany Run Golf Course e i negozi duty-free del centro di Charlotte Amalie si trovano a circa 20 minuti a seconda del traffico.

Property was nice. No parking availible in the evenings we had to park down the hill everynight and walk up hill every evening. The room was ok , we had to open windows often to let the flies out . There were hundreds of flies in our room everyday we could never find where they were coming in at. At night we had to keep bathroom light on to attract the flies so they wouldnt fly on our faces at night while we ssleptland on faces at night

Villa just as described
We had a great 4-night stay at this villa. The place was clean and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. You do need to load up in your car and make a quick drive to the public parking area to get to Sapphire Beach, but it was not a big deal. Having several restaurants close by (1 within walking distance on the property) was very nice. We would stay here again.

We stayed on Sapphire Bay, Beautiful view from our room. The condo was perfectly situated, sits on the tip of the hill so it's very quiet. There was one pool right off the front door of the Condo, and a1 block walk to the water restaurants, bars. There was no need for a car. Euta who was the onsite contact person was Wonderful. Lourdes(owner) was also fabulous as far as communication. We would stay in a heartbeat .Thanks Lourdes and EutaMike and Ellen S

Great Vacation
It was very clean and very nice with friendly neighbors and nice pools and beach/bar access. The only thing (that the owner can't really help) is that there were rolling black outs for 3 nights of our stay and it would get extreamly hotin the unit.

Property is on top of a huge hill. Very hard to walk up but there is free parking near the beach so we drove to beach. Power on the island went out several times, while this is no fault of the owner or host of this property…. I called to see if they could help us as there was one plug that had power and we wanted to plug the fridge in so we didn’t lose all of the food we stocked for the week. The host screamed at me on the phone and told me to plug the fridge in with extension cord. I did not want to pull out fridge and damage floor. I wanted the host to help us and she refused and hung up on me. The owner was away on vacation and would not reply to my texts, when finally replying he insisted power was restored and it wasn’t. Again loss of power is not their fault but the extremely poor way in which we were treated was their fault. I have never been that disrespected by a vrbo owner and host. The owner was on vacation, he should have someone who is willing to help their renters when there is a problem. No communication !! The property is ailing. Rusted railings, unkept. Condo was clean. Parking is a nightmare. Restaurant on site was okay

Place was very clean. Hosts were thoughtful and attentive. Only downside is that it is at the top of a big hill and the area is not very walkable. Everything related to the rental itself was outstanding.

This unit is on top of a very steep hill, like in San Francisco, at the end of Sapphire Village. Be warned, if you are walking anywhere, you will have to walk up this very steep hill when you return! Also, there is not 24/7 property management. The manager does not work every day and won't be able to supply you with something from the locked storage closet until she returns to duty. This is an example of one of the many things that sets apart a condo rental from a hotel. There is no balcony and the windows don't really open, but there is a pretty water view from the room and it's conveniently close to the safari bus stop to RedHook, village pool and local restaurant. The beach is about a 15 min walk and there is a laundromat on the grounds. Though it is a relatively large studio compared to another studio where we stayed in Sapphire Village, there is not a lot of storage space, which can be a challenge if you are there a while and have two people. Overall, though, it was an ok place to stay for a few nights in the lovely Sapphire Beach area. The only major upset was when the owner took 12 hours to reply about extending our time after our flight was changed.

I just don't understand why anyone would rate this property anything less than 4 stars at the very least. I'll say this. It's not the absolute best room I've ever stayed in, but it is extremely far from the worst. Everything was at our fingertips, and very clean. Lourdes Cordova sent us a few courtesy emails informing us of all the particulars of the property, and what was expected of us during our stay. We have been on our honeymoon, and hate leaving. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend Sapphire Village Condominiums to anyone traveling to St. Thomas. Thank you very much Mrs. Cordova, for everything!

The condo was just perfect for my husband & I. It had everything that we needed. Only issue was the AC, couldn’t go past a certain number (per owner request as well) so it wasn’t cold (it was so hot outside) but we found an electric fan in the closet plus the 2 ceilings fans & it worked just fine for us. We were able to sleep through the night. The key is to close the blinds after you leave the room each time to keep away the heat. The room was a very short drive to Sapphire Beach. You can also walk to it but it will take you longer to get there & you get tired faster. Lol. There’s a small restaurant called Sudi’s within walking distance from our room, food was okay but VERY overpriced for what it’s worth. Definitely better food choices within a 5 min drive in Red Hook. Pool was located right outside our room but we never used it. Looked clean and was never packed. Security at the entrance at all times & most were friendly. Overall, it was a lovely place, we enjoyed our stay & if we decide to come back then we will look into booking here again. It’s also located in a nicer part of town & less than 5 min away from the ferry that takes you to St John. Side Note: RENT a car!! You do have to drive on the LEFT side of the road but it gets easier after about 2 tries. There’s no Uber/Lyft on any of the islands & taxis are expensive (& scammers). They charge per person ($8-$15) per bag trip. End price not what they 1st quote & RUDE!!!
