Hotel a Starkenburg

“It was a very nice property, but the room was very small and had no coffee maker, fridge, microwave and no cable TV. They did have continental breakfast, so that helped. There was a restaurant, but it was closed for the season, which I was counting on going to. The staff was very nice and helpful. Expedia mentioned 2 Hands Brewery onsite, but it is no longer there which was disappointing, their website had better information on it. “We stayed in the cottages, which overlooked the Missouri river and railroad tracks. I enjoyed setting on the deck in the evening watching them. The cottage we stayed in met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay there again. One thing we found out is that most of the restaurants in Herman close on Tuesday and Wednesday so we will not be staying in Hermann on those evenings again. We will come in on Wednesday ( The Tin Mill was open and good on both Tuesday and Wednesday) and leave on...
