“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

We had to go down the hall to the kitchen to throw away coffee cups. We weren't told we needed a pin to check in. We found out when we got there and called them.
