“Checked in and they didn’t have my reservation in the computer. They had to “build it” in the computer. In total it took about 25 minutes to check in. She said she would give me a room with a great view since I had to wait so long. The room wasn’t in the building that I made my reservation for though. Arrived in the room, and it did have a great view, but was this tiny room not really matching the description.
