“Our work group stayed here while attending a trade show, and it was perfect! The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The charming sound of coqui frogs at night added a magical touch to the experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!”

“ It was a short walk to the beach and easy to walk to a number of restaurants and coffee shops. I especially enjoyed the split front door that allowed me to let in a lot of light and listen to the water fountain as I worked.”

“Location was prime near stateline and the property was very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was enough space to make meals and for the kids to have space to place. You can walk to Heavenly resort within 5 mins which is a huge plus!”

“I believe the hotel is being remodeled hence everything looks new and super clean. Very easy to reach the management (via text) in case you have any questions. Easy parking near the property. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It’s a great place for a short stay. I definitely be back and will share my experience with my friends. ”

“From the approach of the property we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the lush landscape and the clean modern aesthetic. The gated entry welcomes you to an eclectic desert scape, patio with seating area and BBQ. Just beyond is the gated backyard with swimming pool adorned by fruit trees and ample seating/lounging areas.Once inside the unit we were welcomed with period appropriate interior design, art work and finishes. Staying here is like vacationing in a Josh Agle ("SHAG") lounge...

“If you are looking for a group gathering, this is the place. Location, and all other desires were right there.We were there during the last storm (Jan 2025), and did have some leaks and flooding, but that doesn't change how we felt about staying there. No one can predict the weather!I want to thank the property owner for offering such a beautiful place to vacation!!LB”

“Came to Tahoe to get married with 16 family members. We wanted one place with en suite baths for everyone. Not that easy to find on the lake with 10 bedrooms. This home fit our needs perfectly. Lots of space and things to do on the property. This is not a place for young people who plan to go crazy. Better for families.”

“The Seaview Cottage was everything I hoped it would be! The neighborhood was nice. You can see the ocean from the patio! It is a short walk down to the ocean! “My husband and I stayed with our 2 daughters and their husbands over the holiday. We also had one 16 month granddaughter with us. The extra room for her to sleep was great. A relative got us a pack n play, high chair, and toys from a rental company which worked out perfectly. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The negatives were the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also when we arrived the floors had just been mopped yet our socks turned grey from the floor the 1st day. There was only 1 towel per person...

“It was really nice property and room was very nice. We had a king bed with a sofa bed pull out. The bed was comfortable, we had towels, shampoo/conditioner etc.... Here are some things missing from the rooms 1. No bottled water (usually you get two bottles free) 2. No Safe in room (usually you get a safe in your room) ”

"Una grande struttura simile ad un grosso centro commerciale e come tale, un po’ dispersiva. Ottima palestra, piscina piccola e non adatta al numero di ospiti, caotica. Ma viste le spiagge di Honolulu… Camere grandi e spaziose ottimo il servizio pulizie ma letti matrimoniali piccoli ma comodi. Colazione ben fornita, ma i prezzi troppo alto ci hanno fatto scegliere altre soluzioni, peccato. Peccato anche il prezzo esagerato del parcheggio che alla fine mi è costato più del noleggio dell’auto Ho dato 5 stelle per essere obiettivi, ma non ci ritornerei"
