“Loved the fast check in. Our 3 bedroom suite was excellent. Loved the pools and grounds. Swan paddle boats were not available. The dock was great for fishing however. The main restaurant served very good food but the prices were much higher than local restaurants. Prices in the convenience store were more than double. Our driver took us to the local Walmart where they also had a Disney section. The blind in our living room broke on day 3 and never got fixed during our 7 night stay. So, no view...

“Great Place! But Customer Service needs some attention, would definitely be 5 stars with more transparency with guests about closed areas and having bartenders properly stationed at bars that claimed to be open throughout the day. (it was midweek) That aside we still had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to Westgate Lakes Resort!”
