“I like most things about this property. However , I did not like being told by vacasa multiple times that I was pre-registered and all set to go only to find out once I got to the property that I needed to register for parking. I also did not like arriving to my family's room to find the code did not work to the room. After a very long two days of traveling, being locked out for an extra hour 30 minutes and trying to contain three little kids made the landing more stressful. ”

“The water heater in the unit is probably on its way out. It kept the water hot just enough for 3 out of the 5 members during our stay. The other 2 had cold water showers which was not desirable.”

“Perfect location for a week-long getaway. Loved the room, loved the private beach, loved the view. The main pool and hot tubs could use tending. One hot tub was cold but had bubbles; the other was hot but no bubbles. All needed cleaning. Water pressure was not great in the room; bathroom sink drained slowly from first day there; by end of week it wouldn't drain. Shower ran cold during 2nd person's turn, so that required us to develop a schedule so all could enjoy some warmth. But really, even...

"ancora un albergo dove sei un cliente e non un numero...per davvero. un albergo elegante dalla splendida architettura anni 70? direi primi 80? non ti rompono le scatole con le luci che si accendono e si spengono con la cartina chiave, cosi puoi lasciare i tuoi cellulari e i tuoi computer a ricaricarsi quando esci. un luogo non falso per turisti, ma vero, al centrodi downtown Washington dc. comodo, parcheggio, d'estate piscina.. "

"Ha molto servizi esclusivi tra cui palestra super attrezzata con vasca idro e sauna. Teli in piscina e in spiaggia offrono sempre qualcosa più volte al giorno così come l acqua sempre disponibile in più punti dell hotel . Ti danno sia crema abbronzante che crema doposole. Gentili sempre forse un po’ caro il risto a bordopiscina.e il parcheggio all hotel 50$ al giorno quando le auto le vanno a parcheggiare di fronte a 20$ al giorno. Posizione eccellente sull Ocean drive ."
