"We had a great experience at the Dorsett Hotel: friendly and professional staff, cleaning, cozy room, warm welcome. The only thing I can express my contrariety is that one day, even we left the room at 10 am putting the sign on the door (Make up the room), the room was cleaned up at 5,30 pm after several requests through the reception. The waitress told the reception that we didn't put the sign, but we did and we are not liar. Except for this thing all was so good, the bad behaviour of a single worker cannot ruin our excellent experience there, obviuosly, that's why we give top grades and surely we will come again at the Dorsett."

"Hotel molto bello. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata offerta una camera più grande di quella che avevamo riservato fede era decisamente oltre le aspettative. Confortevole e pulizia top. Appena fuori dall'Hotel sia la stazione metro servita dalla Circle line che collega con le principali attrazioni di Londra. A pochi passi anche ottime alternative per la ristorazione e negozi per necessità (supermercato, farmacia...). Sicuramente una scelta da consigliare per un soggiorno a Londra "

"Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera e bagno spaziosi dotati di tutti i confort. Ottima la prima colazione e anche il ristorante Chino latino. Un piccolo difetto: il personale del servizio in camera, pur se molto gentile, a volte è un po' pasticcione. In ogni caso è consigliatissimo tenendo pure conto della sua posizione. "
