“We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet & peaceful even with a new roller coaster being put in next door. The room was very nice, clean, & offered a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff was very kind & welcoming. The location was very good, also. The only suggestion we could make is that the bathtub in the room we had needs repaired or replaced bc it was “chipped up” in multiple places, & parking was fairly tight. ”

“Staying at dollywood resort was a great experience. The staff were friendly and we were greeted with some fresh lemonade. I liked how staying at resort came with perks: getting free timesavers pass ($60 value), free preferred parking at the amusement park if you choose to use this, free shuttle service from the front of the hotel to the front of the amusement park (runs every 15-20mins) , etc. I just wished we stayed more than 1 day to enjoy all the other amenities at the resort like the...

“We love Riverstone and it has become a yearly tradition to visit for our youngest sons birthday. Our sons love the lazy river and the size of the rooms. We will be back soon.”

“We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now. Its close to everything, and the hotel is clean. They have 2 pools, and 2 hot tubs on this property. A indoor pool, and hot tub, and the same outside. Breakfast was decent they had many option's. Definitely recommend.”

“Our autistic daughter was loud and out of sorts being in a strange place. The staff was very understanding and went out of their way to make sure we had anything we needed to help with her. Even explained to other guests when she was overly loud and offered to move them away from our room so they wouldn’t be disturbed.”

“This was our second stay here. The room was clean, very spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The door going into the room and the door going onto the balcony was a little hard to open and shut. You could tell they weren't level. Staff we encountered were nice and polite. Had 3 poils, two outdoor and one in door. The back pool wasn't open yet. But the other two was clean. My husband liked that they played music at the outdoor pool. Breakfast was also good, a fairly good variety to choose...
