“I’ve stayed here twice and it gets better everytime! It’s a quiet and nicely kept hotel close to downtown with a gorgeous view of the bridge. All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. ”

“What a great place to end up at after a long, long day of driving. Since they do remote check-in, I called in while enroute to get my room number and door entry code, and the lady I chatted with was wonderful and friendly. I arrived late, and her directions, even telling me what parking spots would be open, was spot on. Room was clean, well kept and looked recently renovated. I slept great. It was pouring rain when I arrived so the roof overhang was a godsend when moving my gear into my room,...

“We stayed two nights as part of a fall color trip. As always the hotel was clean. Our stay was good. The location of this hotel is perfect, great jumping off point for all your UP day trips. Not that this is a big deal, but the receptionist who checked us in was wearing sweatpants, a little unprofessional if you ask me. However that did not have any bearing on how good our stay was. ”

“I had gotten ill on the first day in the hotel, personal reasons, had to be taken to the hospital. Hotel treated my daughter so well. I cannot thank them enough. They made sur they had a room for her every night needed, and in the end did not charge her.”
