“Purtroppo ci è stata fornita una stanza senza bagno in camera senza che ciò fosse segnalato nella prenotazione. La stanza era caldissima ed una delle due finestre era bloccata. Nella camera correvano tubi bollenti che facevano da termosifone. Alle rimostranze di mia moglie alla cameriera l’unica risposta è stata: lo sappiamo (!). “My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble.
