“Una esperienza diversa. Una struttura d'epoca a poche centinaia di mesi dalla Cattedrale, rimodernata ma che conserva intatte le caratteristiche originali. Siamo entrati attraverso il pub e ci siamo "arrampicati" su una scala di legno fino al terzo piano (senza ascensore). La ns camera era una famigliare molto ampia, completa di tutto e con un suo fascino antico. Davvero gentili i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura. Colazione favolosa. “Bela struttura nel parco nazionale, peccato che non sia stato possibile godere dello spettacolo della natura in quanto la nostra stanza al piano terra (con vista parcheggio) era a ridosso della strada così abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre le tende chiuse, ottima la colazione”

“Unfortunately the hotel had some problems in the kitchen which impacted very badly on the menu for dinner, the breakfast, service (so slow) and noise. It would have been better to fix the problems before reopening or to have had the courtesy to let us know in advance what the situation was. I would have stayed somewhere else. Extremely disappointing as I’ve had lovely stays here in the past. ”

“Room was excellent and location perfect for Cheltenham races. Food (breakfast and dinner) and service great. Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. However, we gave this feedback which was dealt with positively ”
