Inn a Sud Ovest

“The inn was beautiful. The location is perfect. It is right outside Bath, next to the horse racecourse. The room was nearly brand new which was both good and bad. The good was it was spotless and well maintained. The bad was the radiator wasn’t working the first night so my son was shivering all night. “The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud The staff said it couldn’t be turned off It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed If not in that room it would all have been fine”
