“The room cleanliness was great. Breakfast was ok. The condition of the bathroom and doors was not great. We had trouble with the door lock from the beginning of our stay. We ended up getting locked out of our room because the key no longer worked and the Master key didn’t work either. The engineer had to be called and we were stuck waiting for us to get into our room. The battery in the door lock device needed to be changed. Shouldn’t that be on a maintenance schedule? ”

“We stayed here for a couple of days to ski Killington. Everything about the property was acceptable. The staff was OK, but not very friendly. There was no option for house cleaning and our trash overloaded for two nights. It would’ve been nice to be able to Empty the trash or have a bigger trashcan.”

“This was a perfect stay! We went to Sugarbush and then spent the night at Emrose before heading to Killington, the location was perfect. The check in/out process was very seamless, and the host was super accommodating. The cabins were clean and cozy, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedding was very comfortable and the views of the mountain were beautiful! Highly recommend this stay, we will be coming back! ”
