“Communication for check in was average. SMS messages to say we would receive a code as there would be no where to check in. When in fact no code was sent and there was a person at reception. Other then that everything was fantastic for a one night stay. Clean, spacious and very quiet. Would stay again. ”

“Nestled on a beautiful winery, Spicers provided a quiet getaway for a night or two. The rooms are incredibly spacious with modern bathrooms and relaxing patios. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Botanica, is incredible - both food and service!”

“We were impressed with our accommodation from the minute we arrived. It was very surprising to find a garage attached to the apartment and this made unpacking quick and easy. Our apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The Sports Bar is conveniently located for a quiet drink and meal. The surrounding area is great for walks and kangaroo spotting. We will definitely stay next time we visit the Hunter Valley”

“Great modern property and location was the best we have experienced in the Hunter to date. Would have been 5 starts all round, except upon arrival we had a drainage issue in one of the bathrooms (which happens), and the smell was horrible. The issue for me was, there was no urgency for the staff to fix it and it took too long for someone to come out. It should have been and absolute priority when a guest is paying for a 3 bedroom house and 1 bedroom bathroom stinks! This part was upsetting, no...

“Staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem to them. Room was easy to access, there is an elevator if you need it for the second floor. Pool and BBQ area is gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless, as was the bathroom. Will happily book to stay again when travelling that direction. ”
