Benvenuti a Blacktail Retreat, una baita privata situata su 10 ettari di terreno, a soli 8 minuti dal Sun Peaks Resort ea 5 minuti dalle rive del lago Heffley.

Blacktail Retreat è una fuga serena per coppie e famiglie, e dopo una lunga giornata in montagna offre agli ospiti un'esperienza straordinaria lontano dal caos del villaggio.

La nostra cabina studio con alloggio loft ha spazio per dormire comodamente 4 persone.

La cabina offre una terrazza privata perfetta per un caffè del mattino, così come una zona salotto all'aperto attorno a una scodella di fuoco a propano dove ci si può rilassare con un buon libro o un bicchiere di vino la sera.

Le famiglie possono godere di una zona barbecue coperta con una buca per il fuoco a legna per i vostri s'mores e cioccolata calda.

La nostra vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone, disponibile per uso privato ed esclusivo, è il luogo perfetto per ammirare la vista o ammirare un cielo notturno pieno di stelle.

Il tuo soggiorno a Blacktail Retreat è stato progettato pensando a ogni tuo comfort e incoraggia i suoi ospiti a sedersi e rilassarsi nella loro unica e tranquilla "casa lontano da casa".

Summer Road Trip
This was a great first stop on our summer road trip to Vancouver Island! The cabin was quiet and secluded, and the hot tub was a great way to end a long day of driving. Everything was very well organized and the hosts had everything there that we needed. Great experience and we hope to return again!!!

Wonderful Hidden Treasure
Perfect place for a stop for a few days. Wonderful log cabin with everything you could ask for. Quiet and peaceful! Hot tub and fire place where both welcomed given the weather conditions. Highly recommended.

Perfect and private cozy cabin
Everything met or exceeded our expectations staying at Blacktail! Our hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had before arrival. During our stay we felt like we had our own little piece of private paradise while thoroughly enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. Kevin brought us extra firewood without us having to ask and immediately provided us with any information or extras we needed. Can’t say enough good things about staying here or the wonderful ambiance of this tiny cabin away from home. Loved every minute and will be back!

Quintessential BC Log Cabin
Erin’s cabin is such a cool place to stay while skiing at Sun peaks. The hot tub, cowboy grill and fire pit and cabin are amazing. Everything you need is there and more!

Amazing cozy retreat, close to ski hill
My partner and I stayed here for a ski trip to Sun Peaks. It's an amazing property! Well appointed, comfortable, and cozy! Great hot tub. 12 minute drive to the ski hill. Host was amazing, and communicated well. We would love to stay here again :)

Beautiful home away from home
I had an absolutely amazing time, everything included. Close to the ski hill. Just bring food and clothes and your set. Wifi a little slow; to be expected in the location but there is cell service. This unique, beautiful, well kept log cabin is perfect for a family getaway. Quiet, warm wood stove, hot tub, gazebo covered fire pit, the owner was very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed. Definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful retreat w/ waterfall, lake for swimming near by
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 20 min walk to beautiful waterfalls. Swam in the lake that’s about a 5 min drive and rented ebikes up at sun peaks. Great spot.

35th Anniversary Holiday
Above and beyond our expectations. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 35th Anniversary in style. The cabin had all the essentials and was fully stocked with little details to make our stay perfect. The welcome gift was such a surprise and made our day extra special. The private hot tub was a highlight for us, such a treat. Everything is so well maintained and Erin and Kevin are amazing hosts!

From the ti.e we wked into our home away from home, you could tell that Erin and Kevin paid attention to tje details. Everything was super clean and the welcome basket was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone a quiet romantic getaway!

Perfect little spot
This was the perfect little cabin! It was exactly as pictured, and was outfitted perfectly with everything you could need! The location was quiet and secluded, but close to the Sun Peaks resort and Kamloops is only a short drive away. There are several nice hiking trails nearby. If you are looking to get away from the busyness, this is a great little spot. We loved it and would go back! As per other comments we saw before booking, it is closer to the house than expected, but that didn't impact our time at all. After spending a week there we wouldn't change anything. It was a great spot to get away.

The cabin is absolutely amazing, everything you need for an escape from a busy city life.
We had an awesome stay at the cabin. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Although the cabin looks small , we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. And the hot tub was AMAZING after a long hike. The crackling fire made the star gazing a very peaceful and relaxing experience. We loved every minute of it. Thank you for everything Erin .
