Welcome to this beautiful Sunapee home conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Lake and Mountain. Two levels of space so you can spread out in this home with all your friends and family to enjoy everything that Sunapee has to offer year round. Family Time
His property was the perfect base to ski at Sunapee and explore the area around Newbury and New London. House is fully outfitted, and may be the most completely outfitted rental we've ever had! Plenty of clean quality pots and pans, plates, silverware, glassware, all nice and matched, furniture very comfortable And having its own gym was terrific. If you're looking for a place with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms in a relaxed setting, you can't go wrong with this. John, our host was responsive and friendly, and respectful of our privacy.

Great location for Mount Sunapee ski trip!
This house was a perfect house for our annual ski trip with another family. We had 6 kids and 4 parents on our vacation and we never felt cramped. The upstairs dining area has lots of seating for breakfast and dinner. The downstairs is a great spot for the older kids to hang out while the parents relax upstairs. We cooked meals 3 of the 4 days we were there and never had any issues. The location is superb for a Mount Sunapee ski trip. We were able to get to the mountain quickly and we were close enough to make an extra trip back to the house if needed. Jon is a great host. We didn’t have any issues so there was no emergency communication. Jon responded quickly to our initial reservation and provided all info necessary for checking in and out. If we head back to Mount Sunapee, we will definitely be checking this house first again.

Wonderful Ski Weekend!
We loved our weekend at this clean and functional house! We arrived to a warm and well-lit house which for late on a Friday night with two young kids was very much appreciated. The upstairs was clean, open, and spacious. The downstairs space was perfect for the 4 children to play and sleep! The drive to Mount Sunapee was only about 7 minutes which was great! We hope to return!

Great for Extended Family with kids
Great space! We had 7 adults and 2 children and everyone was comfortable...kids loved the full size bunk beds! Well maintained, didn't have any issues while we were there so never had to reach out. But coming into a bright house was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Lovely escape!
We had a beautiful stay at this property and enjoyed Lake Sunapee this summer! We were looking for a quiet, woodsy respite from the busyness of life, we found the outside decks and fire pit and paths in the back woods plus multiple living/play/ quiet spaces in the house to let us have slow mornings and hit the lake by afternoon then easily wind down in our own ways. the house was great for us with multiple children- the bunk room was a huge hit! We didn’t need much from the house, and small feedback I had was openly received, if we did have questions , jonathan was very responsive. Would go back for sure.

Great spot for a family gathering
This rental was a perfect spot for our family Christmas get together. All 3 sets of adults used the upstairs bedrooms and the 6 kids shared the bunk room downstairs. It was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of dining space for all to enjoy meals together. We really enjoyed having a separate space for the kids/teens to hang out downstairs if they wanted some separation from the adults. It was frigid while we were there, but the kids still enjoyed exploring the woods out in back of the house for short periods of time. One small issue with water pressure on our first night, but we reached out to the owner who suggested a fix that we were able to take care of on our own. If that didn’t work, he was going to have a plumber come out and take care of it. Thankfully we did not need that since it was Christmas Eve. The owner’s response time was great. It was a great home for our family to share for the long holiday weekend. Thanks, Jon, for a great stay!

Beware low water pressure
Location is good for skiing at Mt Sunapee. However, there was snow and power went out for a day. This is apparently pretty common. No power also means NO RUNNING WATER AND NO HEAT. The day we got there driveway had not been cleaned and there was no snow shovel to clean the driveway. We went to buy one and left it there. If coming in the winter bring a 4 wheel drive vehicle because the street will not be cleaned very well of snow. We got stuck and had to get towed. Also- house took a very long time to warm up when we got there so be prepared.
